inland application why there is no appeal??

I'm not sure there's a specific answer. That's just how the rules are.

My guess is that if they refuse your spouse during the interview, they believe that he/she is not a genuine spouse, and since he/she is currently in Canada, they dont want someone who's been determined to be a non-genuine spouse, to continue to remain in Canada while going through a potentially lengthy appeal process if there was one.

Like for example, how some refugee applicants can continue to remain in Canada for years while appealing their cases, I'm guessing CIC is trying to avoid the same situation here

what are the refusal rate for inlander? i mean there are alot of applicants who got denied? waiting for 2 years is really insane.

I don't know what the refusal rates are for inland applicants, nor do I know if there are a lot who get denied.

Yes 2 years is a very long time, which is why a majority of people should really just do outland + visitor visa, if they're concerned about being apart from their spouse. Even when the inland processing times were shorter back when my wife applied in 2014, we still considered inland to be an awful choice.
