Hello,
I am a Canadian citizen by birth who has lived abroad for the last 6 years. I am sponsoring my husband and planning on moving back to Montreal, Quebec this spring.
Due to time constraints, I was wondering if it would be possible to move to Canada (upon getting approval for the CIC) and then applying for residency in Quebec once I move back.
Is that possible? How should I go about it?

Thanks!!

You can apply "Outland" now, it's usually by far the fastest option.

Which country would your spouse be applying from?

Thanks for your reply :)

We are currently living in Israel.

So, you say that the only option is to do out land applications for both Quebec and Canada? In this case, would it be possible to be back in Canada by spring?
