- Does registering marriage in another country before entering on tourist visa impact inland application? Will they ask why I went for inland when I had an option for the outland application.
- Do I need to keep on extending tourist visa unless my spouse gets the PR?
- Can she leave Canada for short duration when inland application is in the process?. If yes, then what visa she needs.
- What are the chances of person getting reject on tourist visa on the port of entry
- Do I need a travel record to extend a tourist visa? How to obtain it?
- What is the risk associated with this approach?
