Hello everyone.

I just read that if your inland application is denied, theres no way that you can appeal for that application.
is that true? you cannot live with your spouse in canada if youre application si denied.

or can the spouse go home in the home country and apply for outland.

what are the option if denied? pls advice.

thank you very much. God Bless.

Right, if an inland app is denied then the applicant will lose implied status in Canada. If they can get some new visitor or other status they can stay in Canada based on that, but if not then they must leave Canada.

And yes, the applicant can then apply outland for the next application. Outland visa officer will be able to see the inland rejection and the reasons, so you will need to correct all reasons why the inland app was denied before trying to apply outland.
