Inland application, have baby born in Canada, what information we should provide to CIC

Hello everyone,
I sponsor my wife in Canada. I submitted hrr application middle of last year. It's inland application. The application is in process right now. Thank God, we have another child later last year. Our son was born in Canada. I am just wondering, what kind of information we need to send to CIC?
Do we need to send by mail or by webform?
