Inland application.. case processing inquiry.

I sent my application and I was already approved as a sponsor and now they are processing my husband. He got an exclusion order and he asked for a deferral of removal. We sent lot of evidence of our relationship but now we would like to send few more things.

I found this online. You can send as proof of the relationship, documents from private institutions or government authorities, such as the Canada Revenue Agency, that indicate a marital relationship.I have mails from CRA but they have my social insurance number. My question is should send the mail showing my SIM card number or should I cover it so they don't see it?

If you're using the online tool it's probably not a big deal to send docs with your SI number on them, but if you are worried just black out the first part of the number.
