Generic question- Many inland applicants are not eligible to work for over 1-2 years. how did they overcome the challenge to get back to work once approved?

What to mention to employer AND RESUME about the gap AS WERE NOT AUTHORIZED TO WORK .. UR THOUGHTS.

I would fill the gap with what you were doing to fill the time while not working, such as any volunteer work or hobbies. As well as noting that "Due to Citizenship and Immigration Canada restrictions, I was ineligible for paid work during this period."
