Hello! All, i have a question if i am the applicant under spouse/common law inside canada wants to go vacation for a month in my home country. I am from a visa country. I have open work permit valid until 2017 and valid re entry visa till 2017. I am worried if i go for vacation and some says there is no guarantee in the border if they will deny my re entry in canada and my application will turn back to zero. My sponsor is not coming with me as only me will go for a vacation to see my family as i've been away 7 years not seeing them. What is the guarantee the border security will not question me in my re entry. I have a full time job and i'm thinking to get a letter from my employer and bring other important documents during my vacation. Can anybody share there experience to those who went for a vacation while PR application is under process? I dont have SA( sponsor approval nor AIP-approval in principle) I am from a visa country. Hope to hear you. Thanks in advance.
