;)I was working to a major airline in the US i got injured my right arm, at the time i was an international student to US. The QME doctor said that my injury is permanent and stationary and need future medical treatment. Meantime i applied for asylum in the US and got denied so i got deported back to my home country. but i do not have no criminal background. Then i requested my future medical treatment in my home country because i don't have job here due to my injury but the insurance career for the Airline, wants me to do a evaluation of my injury in the US? but i want at least substantial amount of money to live in my country. since i was deported i am not sure the i will be allow to go to US. Please let me know is it possible to file a lawsuit against the employer or do i have to come to US for a injury evaluation? and how it shoud be done? Please help me!
