Initial PR Card Question > 60 days not received

Hi All

1. Did soft landing two months back with family of four.
2. Immigration officer was aware that I was leaving within a week.
3. However he did mention that I would get the card in the specified timeline at the address I provided.

I have not got the PR card. Since it has been more than 60 days, should this be a cause of worry?

I have already raised a case already. Is there anything else I could do?

Just to update. I called CIC and they told me that my Canadian address was never entered. So they took my address and told me to update my phone number through change of address form or raise a case (they sent me link to update phone number).

Would strongly suggest all to contact CIC as soon as 60 days is up.
