Initial name in application IMM5257E and schedule 1

Hello,

I searched the forum for an answer before asking but couldn't find it. for example:

The name on passport is: John A. M. Smith but the instructions clearly say do not use initials, what should be using for the Surname and Given name?


Do I use John Smith without the initials or Do I use John Albert Mario as the given name and Smith as the lastname for IMM5257E?


What about schedule one?

Do I use the same or initials.

Write in the main boxes the name as it appears in the travel document.

Then in "other names" write the complete name without initials.

Thank you very much, I thought about that but the file wont take an initial with a . , I am just worried that they are too picky

As long as you make sense in the application you shouldn't worry.

Last Name - Smith
