Initial assessment vs medical requestion confusion

Hello All,

I just received my medical request along with the need to pay fee of the Right to Permanent Resident.
It also said that my interview is waived.
Is it my initial assessment and medical request or just medical request?

If it says something like "we have initially assessed your application", it's an IA. If it says no interview is needed, it's an IA.

hi, so if it says, your interview is waived, that's already an IA right? so what's next? in the letter i received along with medical request, it says, interview is waived.
