Initial application

Hi friends,

Am I only suppose to send my forms in the initial stage or I have to submit everything such as my appraisal letters,paycheck etc with my application.

Seniors please help

All forms, copy of passport (only principal application) and draft only. Keep other documents for 2nd state

A covering letter detailing your job responsibilities and years of experience would also help. I am planning to do that. Since CIC would be majorly validating your profile against the NOC list, it would be a nice idea to detail on that area. A reference letter from the employer would be better as well (Make sure you get two copies of the letter as it is primarily needed in the full application) Just my thoughts

All forms - Fedral Economic class forms aask for your Work exp. Please mention detailed work experience in additional sheet
Copy of Passport
Fee (Draft/CC)
Two self addressed labels ( one in native language and other in English)

Copy of IELTS if you already given it ( This is NOT mandatory)

in question 21 of generic imm0008egn of family detail. I wrote in one column the detail of my spouse and left empty rest of two fields. didnt even write N/A. will this effect.
can we write the detail of father mother or just spouse and childrens detail

IN IMM 0008 Application For Permanent Residence In Canada, you fill nothing for family if you are not married. The Family as defined by Canada for purpose of this form is
Spouse
Common Law partner
Dependent Children
Dependent child of Dependent Children

Your parents, brothers and sister will be mentioned in additional family details form

Do not leave any blank fields just write N/A in fields where you are not including any family members in point 21
