INITIAL APPLICATION: imm0008egen ONLY?!!

Hello everyone,
Thank u for reading my post,

I am physician looking to apply for the Federal Skilled Worker program for the first time, so i heard from some people that i only need to send the Application for Permanent Residence in Canada (imm0008egen) ONLY, along with payment and copy of passort,
However, the immigration website is confusing and suggests that i need to ALSO send (for initial application) several forms with very detailed questions: Schedule3 Economic Classes (imm0008_3e), Schedule 1 Background_Declaration (imm0008_1e), Additional Family Information (IMM5406E), Fee Payment Form (IMM5620E), and Document Checklist (IMM5612E)... so which is necessary for initial application? just imm0008egen or ALL these forms?

Another question: for the Application for Permanent Residence in Canada (imm0008egen), there is "space reserved for applicant photo", does it have to be an "immigration style photo"? and do i glue it or staple it on the application?

sorry i know questions may seem trivial but i really need to know and have no other source to verify this because the official website is quite confusing...

Hi

You need to send all the forms that apply to your application so that may well be all of them, you do not need to ssend a photo at this stage when sending to Nova Scotia, that comes later to visa office all of the directions to the application process are on the website on this link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp

So if i have to send all the forms that puts me in another dilemma:

1) In the Form Schedule3 Economic Classes (imm0008_3e), question 5 asks you to grade your proficiency in English and french (Basic/Moderate/High)....so what if there is a discrepancy between my self-assessment in this question and the result of my language test which i will take later on if i'm initially approved?

2) In the same Form Schedule3 Economic Classes (imm0008_3e), question 6 says:

"Have you taken an approved test to assess your proficiency in English or French?"

and if you check "yes", right next to it there is an arrow that says "provide a copy of approved test results", although i am sure that we are not supposed to submit IELTS score with initial application, so what does this mean?! should i just check "yes" with the intention of taking an IELTS test if the initial application is approved? should i just ignore this sentence: "provide a copy of approved test results",

(And the same concern about the photo space in imm0008egen, should i also just ignore: "space reserved for applicant photo?")

Sorry i seem to have obssessive compulsive disorder and i am pulling my hair over this,

My first language is english so I rated myself high on that and I learn't french at school so only gave myself a basic, and so ticked no, from what I can gather though from this forum unless your mother tongues are english or french then you have to submit Ilets testing and you provide that after the initial assessment, BUT it may be best to check with one of the seniors BobbyB/ PMM/Leon just to make sure.
