Hi Guys and Dolls,

Found out that CIO HAS CASHED-OUT MY INITIAL-APPLICATION FEE, FROM THE BANK- SO what does this means??

Application excepted or not, any comments ? as I think if my application was not complete than they wud'nt have cashe out my bank draft ? M I RIGHT ???????????
