informing cic after leaving job

hi guys, i applied pnp ontario under masters graduate stream, in my pnp i kept that am working part time in tim hortons and got my nomination , i filled my federal form stating i was working in timmys, i finished my meds on oct 21st 2013 , i lost my job on dec 20 2013. my question is should i inform ontario pnp office and cic office that i lost my job , any seniors plss answer my question.
