Informing About Work Permit in EE PR Application

I have created my EE profile in January 2021 (outland) and haven't got any invitation yet because of no FSW Outland draws. My employer offered an ICT visa for me and the application is in the process. (medical done and passed, did not submit biometrics yet because of VAC closure). Could you please tell me when I should update about the work permit in my Express Entry profile. Is it now or once the application is approved or once I land in Canada with a work permit? Thank you!

The ICT won't give you extra points until after you have worked in Canada for a full year for your employer.

You would need to wait until then to update your EE profile.
