I am Saad modakir from morocco , i lived one year in UK , i was 7 months legal situation and 5 months illegal , i am in morocco now and i have police certificate from uk i it'is clean ( no trace ).

i want to start to apply with my wife, just first i want to know the information , can i apply now to canada with (visa sponsorship ) ?please.

yes you can.as soon as u HV certificate with no trace you will be f9.one of my friend was in same situation.he just landed in Canada without interview but he disclosed everything honestly in the background check form imm5669.
