Hello All !

As far as CEC is concerned i am well eligible in the stream. The only problem is that my crs score is 439 with out the job offer. Also i am working as a field technician for a company but my type of work is seasonal. It is full time but due to snow and cold we get a break og about a month or 2 or 3, depending on when the work is available.
Now my question is getting job offer is not a problem but it does not satisfy the conditions listed on express entry.

Unfortunately, there is a difference between having a job offer, and having a valid job offer under express entry. If the future offer of employment is not for full-time, year-round employment of at least one year after you become a PR, you are not eligible for the points for having a valid job offer.
