Information required for quebec

hello Readers,

I applied an application for Skilled Worker Quebec last month December 2013 in new requirement.
I am a citizen of Pakistan and apply from Australia.
Basically my wife is Registered Nurse and we are wondering how long it will take time for whole procedure to get permanent residency.
After sending application what is the next procedure.
