I got recommendation letter for visa office by Nova Scotia last month but its hard for me complete documents with in required time.

i am planning to apply later on.

please tell me how i withdraw my case and how long Nova Scotia take to return my application fee?

That letter from NS should tell you how to withdraw. I remember mine telling me how to withdraw, something like sending in a fax or letter to withdraw. I heard it can take up to 6months to get the money back.
