Hello ,

I'm looking for information about CRS evaluation .
I am a married woman aged 29 and trying for PR with my husband as dependant. I checked with CRS tool for my CLB -7 and my husband`s CLB - 5.5 and combined CRS score is 397. I have a Masters degree(Master of Commerce) and also a qualified professional (Cost Accountant) from ICAI(Institute of Cost Accountants of India). I have observed from all recent draws that ITAs are issued to aspirants with CRS score > 430.
- Do i get separate points each for Masters and Professional degree in CRS evaluation?
- Is there any chance for increase in CRS points after WES evaluation ?
- Do you suggest of increase in my CRS points through re-taking ielts exam with improvised score ?
- Or can I proceed further and apply with the CRS 397, if so do I have prominent chance of receiving ITA ?

Kindly suggest.

Regards
Mrs.Mohan

- no, points for education are not added to each other according to the degrees you have, the ECA will tell you what your evaluation for each degree is as well as the overall results. Also I'm not sure about the certification.
- Yes, if you retake the IELS and greatly improve your scores, skill transferability with a CLB 9 can add about 50 more points
- 397 is on the low side, you and your husband should retake IELTS and aim for a CLB 9
