I was asked to provide more evidence of funding, evidence that I was still employed as well as proof of my salary. I was to reply before 30th Sept.
I have since responded but my status is still (Information Requested). should I be worried, please?

And again, I want to be clear, do they confirm bank account for authenticity because I friend is about to do something funny even though I have warned him against falsifying his account statement.

As you responded there is no need to worry now.
Yes they confirm bank account for authenticity.
Every information will be verified and if anything is false, possibly will get a ban for 5 years.
