hey my brother is going to marry soon but his fiancee has applied for work permit under skilled worker(Nurse) for canada.In her application to work permit she write she is single so I want to ask is there any way that she can add my brother name in her application. She has a fear that if she will marry before getting work permit approved she has to apply again for work permit (as in her application she is single). Thts the reason she want to delay the marriage. Please tell if there is any easy option.

No, actully it is going to be a arranged marriage but problem is that my mom dad they want marriage to take place in january but girl and her parants are saying that girl had applied for work permit in canada and there lawyer is saying that if she will get married during the file in process she has to apply again for whole process therefor they want to wait for 1 yearso tht once file process is complete then marriage will take place
