I have two queries regarding PCC:
1)If I am already working in Canada for a year and apply for Express Entry, will I need a Police Clearance Certificate from both the Canadian and the Indian Police( I am an Indian citizen) or would only an Indian PCC suffice?
2) I have been hearing that applying for PCC from Canada through the Indian Embassy is a long and laborious process. So, is there any way my parents in India can apply on my behalf without me having to fly down to India? Are there any other alternatives?
