information regarding application

Hi all

I have couple of doubts

First one is
In application, there is column which asks about identity number. I donot know what is it. Can you kindly help me in this regard.

I also would like to know one more thing, for FSW1 are the below mentioned application forms are enough or do i need something else

1.Application for Permanent Residence in Canada
2. Schedule 1: Background/Declaration
3. Additional Family Information
4.Schedule 3: Economic Classes

Somewhere in common forum i that that I need to have more than one additional family information form (if more than one person is a dependent). I did not clearly understand this, Can someone kindly suggest me what do i need to do.

those forms (provided you are applying without a rep), a checque, address labesl and copy of the principle applicant's passport biopage.

Some of those forms has to be done by each dependent over the age of 18 (i think).
I forgot which forms should be done by each dependent but its on their website.

The "background declaration form" and the "additional family information form" ought to be filled by all your dependents over 18 as well.
