Information Reagarding Student Visa

Hello,
I got condition offer from University of Ottawa for Sept 2018 MEngg. I'm currently in final semester (8th). I have marksheets & transcripts upto 7th semester can I apply for Visa without 8th sem marksheet? As final year result got delayed last year it was arrived on august 2nd week and deadline for visa is 1st august. Please help me out thanks in advance.

I also got a conditional letter from uOttawa for Sept 2018 intake for MEngg course. I am also a final year student and awaiting my 8th semester result. How are you proceeding with your application?

you can't apply, its better you wait for your final marksheets/ transcript to be issued before you can apply otherwise you might be creating complications for yourself regarding your study permit application as the Visa Officer might be thinking why are you so desperate and if you are a bona fide student

Because my exam will be finished by 28th may so i applied for fall term which will commence from sept 4th as per university notification. Thats the reason i want to go for fall18 why should i wait till Jan 19.. i heard from some seniors that we can apply with 7th sem marksheets and bonafide.

in my own opinion its not wise to apply on a 7the mark sheet as the VO will think why would you want to leave your studies in your home country to come to Canada and that you might even do the same if you come to Canada which means you won't be able to complete your studies.. THINK!

If you can get your marksheet/transcript in June or on time before September, then you can apply otherwise defer to January

Bro, I dont have any other option i can show VO that i had given my 8th sem exams and i am waiting for results.
