Hi Friends,

I am currently on an Open work permit as my husband is on an work permit which expires in January 2016.I have almost two years of work experience in India as a Recruitmant consultant for two years.Can I apply for a PR on my own under the Federal Skilled Worker
as there is the Human resource managers under one eligible occupation.Thanks

Yes - you can apply as the primary applicant. You will need to include your husband in the application as a dependent.

Thank you so much for your reply,but can I apply under this scheme while in Canada.My husband will be eligible to apply for Pr under CEC in March after he finishes one year,but we just wanted to save time so i thought if we should apply this year if I am eligible.
