Information mistake in the background declaration

Dear Seniors, I did a mistake in schedule A, background declaration form. I am the principal applicant and my husband was a civil servant which was mentioned in personal history (serial No 8). But a mistake was done, as it was not mentioned in the serial no 10. Government Positions. Please suggest me how this is going to affect my file. I am waiting for PPR.

Please suggest me and guide me what should I do now???

Dear Seniors, please advise me what should do now? How is this unnoticed error going to affect my file? In personal history section (serial no. 8 ) I have given all the details and submitted all the docs, such as appointment letter, joining note as attachment, but I forgot to mention it in another section. In serial No 10. Government Positions, I have mentioned NONE.
