Hi there
I have sponsored my common in law partner and he did his medical exam back in December 2009 and we got news that our application was received in March. I have read that you only have one year from the medical results to enter Canada because the visa expires but Im just worried that the process may take longer. Ok, so he did the medical exam in December but what they consider are the medical results that the doctor sends them right? (ie.when they reach the office, thats when they are counting from?).
If anyone can clear this up and explain the medical results/visa expiration, I would appreciate it so much! thanks for your time
