hi guys,
my name is azeee
i have query from the guys who has been through such senerio n from the experts
first thing i am doing pgd diploma from london thats about to finish in septemebr n i have a visa till january
second in part time i have done master in marketing too
third now i am planning to apply for canada student visa
in a certificate course in accounting/hotel management in MSVU halifax canada
query
1)can i apply for this course or its a bad idea?
2) i am maintaining a bank balance of 20lakh in my account dat r equal to $21000. that much balance is enough or do i have to show my dads banks statement too as a sponsor. as its a 1year program n its fee is 13000$
3)as i might leave london in january so i do i have bring my police certificate from here?
4) kindly tell me the list of documents they are needed with as a proof wd the visa application

1. If there is a link between your previous studies/job and the intended course then it's okay otherwise getting visa will be difficult as the refusal on the basis of course mismatch is quite high.
2. You require a bank balance of 1st year tuition fee + 13000 CAD which in your case is 26k CAD so you will be requiring the bank statement of your father as well.
3. You require police clearance certificate of every city/location where you have lived for more than 6 months after the age of 18. Also note that most clearance certificate expires in 3 months so if you bring one from London so you have to apply before it's expiry.
4. Go the website of the CHC office where you will be submitting your file, it will have the details mentioned.

second for family ties my father has few properties do i have send photo copies of those property documents? attested my notery public officer?

1. Yes, it should be of 4 months
2. Yes, for home ties send the notarized photocopy of your porperty along with certificed english translation.
3. For home ties you can also show business (if any), settled family, offer of job due upon your return to home.

higher the amount better the chances, at minimum he should have around 10+ so that yours + his becomes enough

His account should have enough money so much that the sum of your's and his account money exceeds the 1st year tuition fee + 13000 CAD.
