Hello all,
I was wondering if anyone could give me some help on this one.
I got my nomination from NS and applied to the Feds at their Buffalo location about two months ago. And then last month I moved to a new address and now I don't know how to notify Buffalo about this change. I have let the provincial nominee program office know and asked them what to do. The answer was to try to call or email. I did both but apparently phone calls are not an option and they haven't emailed me back since I did them two weeks ago.
I included my client number and all the info about me in the email for them to identify who I am since they wouldn't have a file for me yet. But is it normal for immigration offices to respond to emails slowly, or do they not reply at all? Any chance they could have got my email, figured out what I was talking about, but just didn't want to email back?
Thank you for your time.
