Greetings everyone,
I am an international student from India, I graduated from United States with an Associates degree in Science and I was hoping to see if I need to give IELTS exam for my language proficiency to get a study permit?
I am also currently an international student pursuing my Bachelors degree in United States. And I wish to explore my options by becoming an international student in Canada? would that be a problem?
Do I need go back to India first and then apply or can I directly apply for the study permit online from United States?

Others can comment as well but often the challenge with applying from the US (and elsewhere) and not from home country is persuading immigration that an applicant intends to return to their home country once they complete their course so something to keep in mind. Add to that putting forward a convincing case that any chosen course is a progression from current qualifications which can often imply going for a masters as opposed to a PG diploma.
