Information about spouse work history for ITA

I am just filling ITA online form as I am the principal applicant sponsoring my spouse and baby under Canadian experience class.

My spouse has got zero points for Canadian work experience, IELTS and WES. The system is asking me to fill information for my spouse under WORK HISTORY. I want to know if I should say yes and fill it as we are not claiming points for her under work history and my points are enough to carry us through. Is it ok if I don't fill my spouse work history and put all information requested under the section that asks for her 10years PERSONAL HISTORY?

You can say 'No' as well for her work experience. You can fill the experience in the personal history section, later during your PR application.
