Information about relationship

Hi everyone, I just need clarification about this part of the form (imm5532). It is asking about if my friends or family member know about our relationship and wanted to know when they met either of us (sponsor/principal applicant). Is it pertaining about the date when they met the us in person? or is it when we met them regardless if its just over a video call? Hope someone can clarify. Thanks in advance.

The most persuasive ones are always meet in-person with photo proof available. For my wife's application we have at least one photo for each detail item here. The date met is simply the photo timestamp. Definitely prioritize those in-person ones first and then video call, preferably with screenshots of chat session with everyone's face available.
