Hello, I received an email from CIC saying:
"We would like to inform you that your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office, on 18 Aug 2014 to the Canada Visa Application Centre.
You can track the status of your application through our website mentioned below using your tracking number: XXXXXXXXXXXXXX"
When I check the tracking number, it says:
"Visa application, tracking ID No.XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX – Your processed passport has been dispatched and is ready for collection. To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website."
Question is I paid the Passport Transmission Service Per Person + the fee for Courier Delivery of Applications “Per Person”. Did someone else got the same tracking message and got their passport delivered at home?
