Info required for PNP of Alberta

My profile is Masters, 28 yrs old single with 5 yr exp in HR majorly IT recruitment. ECA done by CES and will be attempting IELTS this week, I am hoping my score will be somewhere between 471-478 based on the practice. Wanted to ask about the Alberta PNP am I eligible or not? No sibling connection or job offer from any employer in Alberta.

Please guide your valuable suggestions will be helpful.

Everyone who has an EE profile is eligible. Alberta selects based on score and NOC so doesn’t mean nomination. Then it considers sibling, job offer and knowing French.

You want a B1 - advanced intermediate. Can you immerse yourself in the language? Take classes? Spend 2-3 hours per day? If you are good with languages, then a year.
