Hello my friends! I have 2 questions for you.

I have two university degrees, one in Law and another in Business Administration.

In the provincial phase (Quebec) I did not report having a background in law, because it would not give me any point in the process. I saw no reason to declare having a degree in law, so I chose to declare my Businees Administration degree only, because it gave me 6 points.

My statement of studies in provincial phase are like this:

Primary School: 8 years
High school: 3 years
University: 4 years
Total = 16 years

Okay, now I'll fill out the forms for the federal part and I do not know if I should just declare as I did before (only business administration), or if I have to declare all my degrees (Law + Business Adm.). If so, I'll have 20 years of study instead of 16.

The questions are:

1. If I declare all my degrees, can I be penalized for information "omitted" in the provincial phase?

2. If I do not declare my degree in law, can I be penalized for the omission of information in the federal phase?

Thank you all!
