Hello
i applied to sponsor my wife and 2 kids in family class category and
i received a letter from Canadian immigration and they mention objection that i didn't declared my wife at port of entry so she does not appear to be a member of family class and also informed me that they r forwarding the file to visa office in Buffalo, US.
as a matter of fact when i applied for permanent residence in New York and got approved i was not married,
i got married after approval but mistake i made was not declaring her at port of entry.
My wife in US received a letter from Buffalo, informing her that they received file and case is in process.

She is my real wife and i provided them all documents with my application, marriage certificate etc.
We wrote a letter to buffalo center, appealing not to deny our case.
after that letter , we received a letter from buffalo , asking for additional information to provide them.

what r our chances of approval, any advise.
All Responses r appreciated.

Somewhere close to nil for approval, as by not declaring your spouse as a dependent (as you were warned in the letter with the visa) and "landing" as single, your wife is not longer a member of the family class and cannot be sponsored. You may be reported for misrepresentation. So you should expect a refusal of the application. The only hope that you have is that the IO or the Appeal division may look at the "best interest of the children" other than that, you will probably be out of luck.

WARNING! You must provide truthful and accurate information. The information provided may be verified. If you give false or misleading information, you may be found to be inadmissible and not be allowed to apply for permanent residence in Canada for a period of two years following a final determination of inadmissibility, if you are outside Canada, or following the date the removal order against you is enforced, if you are in Canada. It is a serious offence to make a false application.

WHOA, People! I know you are jaded and all.... but BE NICE.. It doesn't cost a thing...This man probably will have to make the hard decision to live apart from his family (I would DIE in my case) or to leave Canada ( I cannot imagine that!). He is not in a good place already and to hear you guys being so bloody COLD....Jeez..

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
First thing would be to get an immigration lawyer and see if he can still sponsor her. If that doesn't work out, she could try to immigrate by some other means. He can make connections in Canada and try to find her a job offer so she can apply as a skilled worker or under PNP herself. There is always some way to do things.
