Dear all,

Just wanted to know if the information in ONIP and EE has to be exactly the same?
I mentioned 2 jobs in ONIP as I was at 33 months for the current job (Where I have all the proper documentation etc). It has been 3 months now and I have completed all 36 months.

Do I still need to mention my old job in Work History? (Ofcourse I will keep all the information in Personal history) but I don't think my documentation proof will be good enough for IRCC as I don't have anything from supervisor or HR with list of job duties etc. I only had a letter from colleague, contracts and paystubs which is what I had submitted to ONIP. But it is a very complicated job with many breaks and different NOCs involved, so I Would rather not send the complicated documents if it can be avoided...
Can anyone confirm if this is okay, and the link between ONIP and EE?

As mentioned, I will keep it in my personal history.

I have also calculated my FSW points and I only lose 2 points for it (4 years or 3 years now completed) and am still eligible.

For everything else I am trying to keep the exact same dates and info between the 2...

Also, I wanted to know if there are rejections after PNP is issued and on what grounds? Esp since its the exact same documents and information required (except medical and security).
