info change when filed to CHC

dear all,
can anyone please help me with one thing.
i am principle appplicant however when i applied to CIO i mentioned that my wife is working as she was working at that time.
now she left it.
now should i change this in my application to CHC. should i fill it again or somewhere mentioned to only send copy of application to CIO.
what is the process to mention any info which has change from what you send to CIO.

Change the working status of your wife in the forms.

Write a cover letter and explain the changes.

so in this case. i should fill the forms and mention this change there rather than sending old copies along with cover letter

Hey YoBoy,

I am not sure if you read your first AOR or not. They clearly mention in that email how you can report the changes when you send back your full package.
that would have saved you some hassles..

you have to send updated form and mention changes in cover letter..

infact i am waiting for my first AOR. i filed it 2 months ago.
meanwhile i wanted to be prepared and complete my documents.
