Ineligible profile

I’m having troubles submitting an express entry profile. I don’t know what’s the problem, I have all the required documents in hand.
- ECA report for my master’s degree
- IELTS - listening 7, speaking 6.5, writing 6, reading 7.5
- 5 years work experience as a financial auditor
