Hi.

I have made 2 consecutive express entry profile registration and on both occasions, I have received same message "you are not eligible for Express Entry". Please what am i doing wrong? My key data below:

Myself
IELTS: L:7.5, W:8.0, S:8.0, R:7.0
Education: Master's in Engineering
Age: 40 yrs
Work Experience: 10 yrs + (continuous)
ECA: Done and OK
Cash registered in application: $30,000 (for family of 5)
Six factors selection points: 70

Spouse
IELTS: L:9, W:8.0, S:7.5, R:7.0
Education: Medical Doctor
Age: 34 yrs
Work Experience: 1 yr +
ECA: Not done

Sometimes it is just a stupid typo.
The most common are (IELTS results, amount of hours per week or the starting year and month in your current work, ECA set as no, wrong NOC that is not A, B, or 0 type, ECA set as no instead of yes, amount of money - used comma , instead of dot .)
