Ineligible for express entry with a CRS score 0

I created my express entry profile, but it says I am ineligible for EE, with a CRS score of 0.

I am sure I have put in every detail right, I have completed two years of masters program in Canada following a 1and half years of full time work exoerince whuch falls under NOC A, and an overall IELTS score of 7.

I am not sure why it was ineligible. Any help would be appreciated...

The zero score indicates you answered one or more questions incorrectly.

Yes my ielts is still valid. I took it just this month.
