Ineligible for Express Entry??? Pls Advise

Hi dudes...
I am reaching you as you are very experienced here, hope somebody would advise..

I am working as a postdoc since 9 months not yet finished one year in Canada. when i try to submit an EE profile...! i always get ineligible?
- My CRS without counting one year experience or my job offer is 328.
- My Celpip is L10, R8, WS is 7 both.
- Having a PhD assessed by WES.
- More than 7 years work experience outside Canada.
- age of 40
I understand that i need to wait until i finish one year with extended job offer then my CRS will be 463. However, with my current situation it shows ineligible?!! Totally weird

I highly appreciate your expert opinions?

You need 67 points out of 100 in the six selection factors to be eligible under FSW. Use this link to calculate how many points you have.
