If your EE profile was found ineligible, and your filling another one, should you enter the EE number for the ineligible profile?
This ks for the question where they ask;
1. Has Spectra applied for immigration refugee and citizenship Canada before?
2. Spectra applied for Express entry before?
Should I select yes and put the ineligible EE profile number or since it was found ineligible there's no need?
