Ineligible express entry profile

Hello Friends,

I have created my express entry profile, Initially when I have checked my eligibility it displays the message that I am eligible to apply under FSWP. After creating the express entry profile it displays that my profile is not completed because I have not registered with the job bank.Now even after creating the job bank profile it display I am not eligible for express entry.I have created my profile on 11th aprl, 2016. Is there anyone who has faced the same issue?

Please let me know if you faced such a problem and its solution.Is there anything which I am skipping?

Note: my spouse education and ielts scores are not added till in express entry because he has not appeared for IELTS exam & WES yet.
