Inelegible profile... Why? Help

Hi everyone... I am pulling my hair with EE application 'inelegible profile" status. I am 33 yo, wes bachelor's degree certificate from this month. Noc 4032. Ten years of experience working 20 hours a week, current job, specifically in that NOC.
IELTS gt from February. R9, l7, w7.5 s7. My husband's IELTS is r8 l8 w7 s7.5.
We have a 4 yo and I am declaring 22000 cad for the 3 of us.
My husband is finishing his degree so he doesn't have an ECA yet. He has been working in several nocs these last years.
I have completed THREE times the application and I always get "profile inelegible", even after using "come to Canada wizard" and having a code saying I may apply to EE. I have tried small changes in proof of funds, I have tried declaring and not declaring my husband's work history and studies... But it never works. Can you please help me?? Thanks sooo much

You've answered one or more questions in your EE profile incorrectly or you don't meet the minimum program requirements.

Do you have at least 67 points under the FSW point system? Have you done ECA? Do you have language test results? Do you meet POF? If the answer is yes to all of that then you have answered one or more questions incorrectly somewhere in your EE profile. Review everything very slowly and carefully again. The issue is on your end.
