Indicating preferred province

I'm hoping to get an Invitation from Ontario in order to apply for the French Speaking Skilled Workers Stream. Would you therefore recommend me indicating 'Ontario' or rather 'all provinces'? In the event where I choose 'Ontario', can I still change this into another province at a later stage should I not receive a PT Notification of Interest? Thanks for your feedback.
