Hello All,

I used work on two jobs between 2011-12.
One was a full time on site job with taxable salary (Mining Engineer trainee, I used to get salary in my bank account after tax deductions).
I did this job for 10 months.

During the same period (2011-12)
I worked for one full year for another company as a SAP consultant(IT database support, non taxable income paid in cash @ 20,000 in cash) from home.

On my initial application for study permit (applied in 2012) I mentioned the mining engineer trainee job but not the one as SAP consultant.
But 2 weeks ago when I created my express entry profile I mentioned one year INdian work experience to gain more points as 10 months experience would not count.

I just got an invitation to apply for PR under express entry cec class. Here is my profile in brief:

2007-11 Bachelor of technology - Mining Engineer
July 2011-April 2012 Mining Engineer trainee - 10 months work experience
June 2011- July 2012 JUnior Sap consultant - 1 year experience (working remotely online).
Sept 2012- Sept 2013 Post graduate Certificate program from Sheridan College Ontario.
MAy 2014- Sept 2015 1 year work experience as a Purchasing agent in Toronto.

I am confused if CIC will be falsify my INdian work experience as junior Sap consultant ?

Can somebody please help me with this query, I have found this forum really helpful, thanks to you all!

If you notice on your study permit and work permit there is Unique Client Identifier (UCI) code. All your information is stored in that file. Immigration will look for your file through UCI code and verify your current application with the details they already have. If you haven't included that in your study and work permit applications then I would't recommend including now as this will count as fraud.

You can create a new express entry profile without 1 year work experience outside Canada. You can't work on your past but one or more language exams might be beneficial for your express entry profile.
